I'm looking into buying a Rossier exhaust system for my 2005 YFZ450 within the next few months and I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them? Rossier claims that the full exhaust system will deliver a +9 HP gain peak and +13 HP at 10,000 RPM's Sounds pretty amazing to me.

I just wanted to see your thoughts on this exhaust.

i here good and bad things about them, i considered one my self.

i do know that sticker will looks like shit after a nice couple hot rides.

but i've also heard that the exhaust sounds really good and nice power, and i also hear that the canisters are junk and break and fall apart.

I too considered getting one, but i heard they don't last very long. Jeremy lawson was running one on his bike not to long ago but the canister was black from getting so hot. You should check out curtis sparks, thats what i'm getting. I heard it was one of the best pipes for the yfz. sparksracing.com

Sparks is a good pipe, alot of people say it sounds like a tractor and i had one on my bike for a while, when my buddys went to shit, and i loved the power, but i think i'm switching to a duncan fatboy 4 Lifetime warrenty. You can't beat that, and its the same price as the rossier and sparks

Thanks everyone, I just checked the sparks website and I will consider the Full X-6 Racing exhaust system when I go about purchasing the exhaust.
About the Rossier canister turning black, what if I powder coat the canister? tongue.gif
